I am a Solicitor and Commercial and Civil Mediator. I have been working as a litigation solicitor since 1996. Until 2011 I was a senior Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution in a substantial regional law firm.
 
In the last 15 years I have used mediation as a solution to resolve disputes in a vast variety of cases for my own clients. Since becoming an accredited mediator in 2001 I have offered my services to other solicitors and litigants to assist in resolving their disputes. In August 2011 I formed my own specialist litigation law firm based in Gray's Inn, London and Horncastle, Lincolnshire and began to increase my focus on mediation services through my new business.
 
My mediation style is highly practical and “commercial”. I have experienced a diverse range of behaviour at mediations and like to think that I can apply my skills so as to give most disputes the best chances of reaching an acceptable settlement on the day or soon after.
