Terms of Appointment

The £650 per party Mediation.

This is aimed at small and fast-track disputes.

The fee is £650 per party (subject to a maximum of £1,950). This includes:

Any extra hours will be charged at £180 in total (divided equally between the number of parties). If the mediation is to take place outside of Lincolnshire or Central London travelling time will be charged at £90 per hour and expenses at cost.

Multi-track Mediation

This is charged at £850 per party (subject to a maximum of £2,550). This includes:

Any extra hours will be charged at £250 per hour (divided equally between the number of parties). If the mediation is to take place outside of Lincolnshire or Central London travelling time will be charged at £90 per hour and expenses at cost.

Where charged, mileage is charged at the rate of 60p per mile.
All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax and any expenses such as room hire.
